Gina & Tyson
I was born and raised on our family farm in Eastern Nebraska, but moved to the Western Nebraska Panhandle after marrying my husband, Tyson. We welcomed our daughter Clara onto the ranch in August 2014. Tyson grew up on a family farm too, raising mostly dry land wheat, corn and millet. In the spring of 2010 Tyson purchased his first 5 registered Angus Heifers. Tyson's Brother decided to join him and they now run a 200 plus head commercial cow-calf operation, with the help of their wives keeping them straight of course!Tyson and I met while attending the University of Nebraska in Lincoln in the Spring of 2009. We instantly hit it off due to our love for agriculture and cows! We continued to date throughout school, and proceeded to get engaged in October of 2011 and tied the knot on May 26, 2012.
I have been working for our local John Deere dealership since May of 2012, currently I work with our Remarketing Department analyzing the ever changing used equipment market.
We enjoy taking part in co-ed sports in our community, and involved in our local country Farm Bureau. We love our cows and our Australian Sheppard Sadie. My posts may consist of a view into our daily life on the farm, parenthood, agvocating, or recipes. Enjoy!
